Alex Baudin 2nd at Grand Prix La Marseillaise

Alex Baudin: "It is in a good way for the rest of the season"
"I'm happy to finish second, but disappointed not to be able to bring the team her first victory of the season. The team rode at the front of the pack all day, so it's more for my team-mates that I'm disappointed. I felt very strong on the route des Crêtes. After launching my attack, I had to wait for Kevin Geniets to come back, because it would have been almost impossible to go all the way. The two of us got on really well. I was hoping to beat him in the sprint, even though I knew it was going to be complicated. It is in a good way for the rest of the season. I'm in good shape and I know I'm not far from being able to win a race."
